SHIPPING POLICY

At Nuvée, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Within India

We currently ship orders across India. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹149 is applicable to orders shipped within India.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the following business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

Remote delivery locations
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier delays
Other unforeseen circumstances

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Nuvée shall not be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
